My first Job in Tech

A Journey from Intern to Instructor

My first foray into the tech world was during my 300L year when I secured an industrial attachment at Gradenet. This experience proved to be a turning point in my career, laying the foundation for my future as a full-stack web developer.

As an intern, I was thrown into the deep end, tasked with assisting in various projects and learning on the job. I quickly discovered my passion for web development, drawn to the challenge of creating functional and visually appealing websites. With the guidance of experienced mentors, I honed my skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my time at Gradenet was the opportunity to contribute to the growth of younger students. As an instructor, I had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and experience with aspiring developers. Teaching others not only reinforced my own understanding of concepts but also sparked a newfound sense of purpose.

My role at Gradenet was instrumental in shaping me into the full-stack web developer I am today. I gained invaluable practical experience, built a strong network within the tech industry, and discovered my love for teaching. As I look back on this pivotal chapter in my career, I am grateful for the opportunities and lessons I learned at Gradenet.
